OVERVIEW
WASTE DISPOSAL WEBSITE
A website built on Wix platform that features a custom order form for a waste disposal and demolition company. The primary aim for the website is to boost online visibility and streamline the process of receiving online orders, thereby strengthening the company's position in a competitive market.

Who are they ?
Company offers waste utilization services in Estonia. They rent various size containers and provide comprehensive transportation services, allowing homeowners to dispose their waste more conveniently. Additionally, they offer demolition, excavation, and material loading services.
What was my role ?
My role began with designing a custom developed one-page website to showcase client services, pricing, and portfolio images. Recently, I migrated the custom site to Wix for a fresh look and easier client updates.
PROBLEM
What was missing ?
Main goal was to establish an online presence, which did not exist before client contacted me. Another aim was to streamline the whole order process and make it more efficient. Past orders were made through phone and there were many instances where customers were not able to get in touch with any of the company representatives. Alternative options did not exist. That resulted missed orders. Key problem areas emerged out of this knowledge:
01
Online presence was non-existent. Very few knew the company in the area they were operating.
02
Service offering was not visible. Prices were non-transparent and nowhere to be found online.
03
Company did not have branding or social media. Customers did not feel connected with the company.
04
Service orders were done through phone. No alternative options were available.

IMPACT
Conclusion
Following the website's creation and the client's additional marketing efforts, there has been an overall increase of orders for their services. At the same time, they've experienced approximately a 15% decrease in client calls, as more people are now using the order form. While interest about the service has gone up, the workload for support orders has remained the same.
